Winter Watch

Arista Pool Services will make sure that the water level is at the correct winter level (should be below the tile line). If the water level is too high, we will pump it down; this is very important for pools with mesh covers and uncovered pools. Higher water may freeze and cause freeze damage to the tile, coping, and possibly the skimmers.

Check the pool cover (pump water off solid covers if needed). Patch or replace water bags, replace anchors, straps, or springs asnecessary (each part is an extra charge).

Water balance. We will also add algaecide and replenish the floating chemical feeder if necessary as the spring weather warms. Allchemicals are included in the price for the visit.

Check on the main pump, heater, and filter to make sure winterization was effective.

Inspect pool cover and other visible pool components to check for possible damage by debris (leaves, rocks, branches, etc.)
