Arista was founded in 2004 and has been serving the area as one of the most sought after pool builders for 19 years! Mike Ciaccio Jr.
PRESIDENT
Mike started Arista Pools 20 years ago with the mindset of “do things the right way the first time.” Over the years as the company has grown he has steered Arista to have the top reputation in the area for inground swimming pools. By treating his customers how he would want to be treated it came easily for Mike to make his customers feel valued. He also owns B&M Landscaping Co., Inc. which has been in business for over 40 years. By keeping himself involved in every project he ensure the same unmatched quality, communication and timeliness carry through every project. He and Michael have created an amazing team of well mannered, knowledgeable and dedicated employees that continue to make Arista the top pool company in Eastern PA. In his spare time Mike is an avid outdoorsman and must always be on the go. Sit still is not in his vocabulary. He is also a proud family man with his wife Karen, who have 3 kids and 3 young grandchildren that keep them busy.

VICE PRESIDENT
Michael grew up in the industry and began working on the construction crew in his early teens. The ability to create a beautiful space from nothing drove him to become co-owner of the company with his father Mike Jr. They work together in perfect harmony to deliver their customers a pool as if it were built in their own backyards. The pursuit of greatness is one that Michael chases everyday as he is constantly looking at ways to better the business. He believes that not only do his customers deserve the highest quality, completed as quickly as possible, but that their overall experience throughout the process matches that high bar that has been set. He lives locally in Royersford and is a member of the Upper Providence zoning hearing board. He loves to take part in his community with his wife Danielle and their two children Michael IV and Averie Ciaccio.
DeShun Durante
SERVICE MANAGER
DeShun is the pool service guru. Working in the industry for over 20 years he knows everything there is to know about pool operation and maintenance. He is a proud family man with his three lovely daughters. In his spare time he is on the sidelines of his daughters various sports teams and he is beginning his coaching debut this year!
Lowell Kramer
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Lowell has been on the cutting edge of the pool industry for 35 years. If there is anything to know about the details of pool operation Lowell is the man. He is well-versed in the technological advancements that set Arista Pools apart from the competition. Lowell resides in Montgomery County with his family and his dogs. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, fishing, and hiking locally here in PA.
Jeremy Bonetz
PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Jeremy is a dedicated employee that has been with the company for over a decade. When he is not no-site making sure everything is done to the highest standards you can find him driving. He has a huge passion for motorsports. Whether it is off roading in his jeep, riding his motorcycle on some twisty mountain roads, or sim racing indoors on a rainy day he is always behind the wheel.

Teri has been with Arista pools for 5 years bringing her many years of customer service to the company. She is not only an employee but a proud owner of an Arista pool for 18 years! Her dedication to our customers is unmatched. In her spare time she enjoys traveling to Massachusetts to visit her grandson. She also enjoys spending time with family at Lake Wallenpaupack.

Nick Bazela is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and resides in Montgomery County with his family. Nick’s passion for building and the outdoors extends beyond the construction sphere as he enjoys spending his time improving his fitness in amateur bodybuilding, hiking, and fishing.

FINANCE MANAGER
Susan takes care of all financial transactions for our customers. She has an extensive background in finance and accounting and helps to keep our customers on track and moving smoothly through their projects. She lives with her family in Chester county and her favorite activity is spending time with her kids an watching her youngest son play college football.
Nico Fiorvanti III
SALES/DESIGN SPECIALIST
Nico grew up in the pool industry. He began in construction building with Arista many years ago. With a marketing degree from Shippensburg he is now moved into sales. Having that critical knowledge of how a pool is built gives Nico the advantage to ensure his designs are not only beautiful but functional. He resides in Phoenixville with his Fiance, dog and son. In his spare time he enjoys going out to eat on main street and vacationing to the beach with family and friends.
Niki Borgman
PERMIT COORDINATOR
Niki recently moved to Pennsylvania from California. She joined the Arista Pool & Spa team in September to streamline the cumbersome permitting process for our customers. Prior to moving to PA, she worked as a permit technician at a local government agency where she gained a behind the scenes knowledge of inter departmental permitting practices. Niki loves spending time with her kids and grandchildren and fishing in her spare time.

Gloria has worked in the customer service field for many years. Her passion for caring for others shows daily in her customer interactions. She is the one to get you set up for your pool maintenance. Whether it be a opening, closing, or just helping you choose a maintenance package, Gloria will help point you in the right direction. Spending time with her family brings her the most joy. When she isn’t hosting busy hosting her family during holidays and celebrations she enjoys some down time reading.
5 questions the other swimming pool contractors hope you never ask…
At Arista Pool & Spa, we limit the amount of subcontracting we use to build our pool. Each company we use is the best in their respective field. We have worked with these companies for years and have great relationships with them. Not only are these contractors professional but everyone is friendly and has the upmost respect for the customer. Other swimming pool contractors sub out every single phase of construction. They use subs that give them the cheapest rate, regardless of the quality of their work. Often times they jump from sub to sub so there is no relationship there and subs treat their jobs as just another job. Ask any of our subs what they think of Arista and they will tell you how we are a step above the rest.
We treat each job as if it was our own home. In doing this, we ensure the job is completed in a timely matter. Our gunite pools typically take six to eight weeks from start to finish. We have completed pools in three weeks in the past. Many other contractors claim a six to eight-week finish but after ten weeks the customer is scratching their heads wondering what is going on. Our vinyl pool building process is truly a site to see. An Arista vinyl pool will have a two to three-week completion time from start to finish. In the past, we have built pools in just seven days! This incredible time frame can only be achieved by the way we operate our company. Speed without losing quality is usually a recipe for disaster, but operating this way from day one is just another normal day for Arista pools.
Arista pools take pride in that there are no hidden costs in our product. Many competitors have hidden costs for extra machine time during excavation. This is something we have found other competitors to really take advantage of and charge extra fees. When signing a contract for a pool, there are so many details it is easy to overlook an extra cost that will cost you thousands! Always check to ensure you are not being charged for something that you could get for free with Arista. We make everything you could encounter known right away. When buying from Arista pools, our main concern is your experience and by sneaking in hidden costs and fees, we could not achieve the reputation we have today.
